Ability and knowledge are key assets, which make up any business. For Somatic, this distinction is pervasive in every aspect of our company. The pursuit of knowledge is what builds our abilities on every level, and needs to be protected as a permanent structure within our business.

ABILITY

Hard Skills — specific and teachable abilities, which can be defined and measured, are job-specific and necessary for an individual to do their work. This applies to every person and every role in Somatic.

KNOWLEDGE

Quest, respect and deep understanding of facts and principles. The Somatic knowledge base is a mixture of learned concepts and skills complemented with smart acumen for understanding business logic.
